Lodge E-mail List

Our lodge maintains a Google Group that is used to send mail to the lodge membership. Google Groups is a service provided for free by Google, Inc. It is a service that gives an organization many tools to communicate with its members. Since most of our information is published to this web site already, our Google Group only utilizes the e-mail features.

Our Google Group was configured in such a way as to only allow access to list members. The list archives, as well as the list member roster cannot be seen by the general public. Only members of our lodge or master masons of other lodges may receive access to the group. The group is managed by the webmaster and principal officers of the lodge.

E-mails sent to you through the group will contain "[Monitor Lounsbury]" in the subject. If you haven't been receiving these e-mails, you can be added to the list by sending an e-mail to the webmaster using the "Contact Webmaster" link to the left. Please include your name and lodge number. After you've been added to the list by the webmaster, you will begin to receive e-mails that are sent to the Google Group.

If you want to read the list archives, you may visit our Google Group at the link below:

In order to access the Google Group and read the list archives, you will need to create a Google account using the e-mail address provided to the webmaster.

Signing up for a Google account is not necessary to receive lodge e-mails. Creating a Google account and visiting the URL above is only necessary if you desire to read the list archives.
